Feedback you choose to send

If you send feedback or request airline support, CabinLink may receive your email address, message text, selected airline, and related context needed to respond or improve support.

Diagnostics and performance

Crash reports, performance events, app interactions, device details, operating system version, and diagnostic logs may be collected through Sentry to find and fix reliability issues.

Flight and network context

The app reads supported airline onboard manifests and portal responses while you are connected to in-flight Wi-Fi. Optional support reports may include network request details or manifest payloads you decide to share.

Local app data

Preferred units, selected airline settings, cached airport details, cached logos, and last known flight updates may be stored on your device to keep the app useful when the cabin connection changes.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide flight information, preserve app preferences, diagnose crashes and performance issues, respond to support requests, and improve airline compatibility. CabinLink does not sell personal information and does not use collected data for third-party advertising.

Flight details come from supported airline onboard portals, Apple MapKit, WeatherKit, local device storage, and related airline manifest responses. Airline names and logos are used only to identify supported in-flight services.

Sentry may process diagnostics, crash, performance, and app interaction data on behalf of CabinLink. Optional feedback and network diagnostic reports are only sent when you choose to submit them.
